Development

PEKM Kabeltechnik has a permanently developing and growing team of development specialists. We are equipped with a series of specialized software for the development of harnesses in 2D and 3D. So we are able to offer our customers cooperation in a broad range including particularly:

• product development from primary design to serial stage

• cooperation with the customer development centres

• administration of drawing documentation

• production and testing of prototypes

• change management of products in specialized software

• involvement in buildup tests at the customer's

Engineering

The fundamental activities of Engineering include processing of the customer's technical documentation in order to prepare the production process so that the product is made in compliance with the drawing, technical requirements / standards and legal / environmental requirements.

At the same time, we closely cooperate with Development and with the customer to optimize the product and our Engineering team is involved in the buildup tests of the prototype harnesses.

Engineering ensures also the project management. Thus it cooperates with other Company departments just from the beginning of the customer relationship at the creation of the documentation for quotations, at starting the product manufacture and at optimizing the production process, in order to increase the production efficiency and the quality of the product.
